He responded quite quickly too (I think it was about 6-7 weeks), and he signed and personalized both the photos I sent him (don't have scanner or digital camera to show them though!).
I'm actually going to be writing to him again at this address today so you should give it a try too. He's really good to his fans, as are most of the Firefly cast.
