Kristen Bell address problem

Hey, many peoples got autograph from K. Bell but it was from San Diego Address or Veronica Mars venue address. In database i found that address:
Kristen Bell
Brookside Artist Management
250 West 57th Street
Suite 2303
New York, NY 10107
USA

Since last feedback was received in January 2007, that I'm asking if I have a chance to receive a autograph using this address?
Please help 'cus I dunno what to do.

which address did you end up using?

The heroes cast one or the one on her fan mail database?

I have write at this address in the month of Aout and for the moment, I received nothing.
