Does anyone know which is the correct form/layout? Also, the top one has "Watford" as the bottom one doesn't. Also, the top one has "WD25" as the bottom one has "WD2".

WD25 7LT is the correct postcode and it shouldn't matter if you include 'Watford' or not.
