Hey Guys!

I sent a letter to Jen at May 27th 2016 (the letter got there at 7th June), It's Dec 26th and I still got no answer.

As I live in Portugal, I can't send a SASE, so I sent a International Reply Coupon with the value of 5$ (the lady from the post office told me that was enough) for "Jen" to exchange to American Stamps.

I'm worried, I know she has a lot of work, but I've been her fan for 8 years and I never had courage to send her a letter (I know, t's stupid...).

Any help?

US Post Offices may not know what to do with IRCs since they're no longer being sold here.

That said, the other side of the coin is that some celebrities may take a few days to a few weeks to respond, some may take a few months, and a few not at all.

Thank you so much! I will try again, probably. Do you know where I can buy american stamps, and wich ones should I send?

You may have to try American collectors, as USPS dot com doesn't ship outside the US. Or alternatively, if you know an American collector, send it to them and have them affix the right amount of postage before sending it on its way.

Third alternative is to buy unused American stamps on eBay.
