Has Anybody Had A Success With writer/actor Tommy ( Thomas ) Chong?

If so, then what address did you send to? Also about how long did it take you to receive a reply?

From what I have heard he send out preprints unless you send him a picture to sign. I sent him a letter sometime this month but I didn't know I needed to send a picture so if I get a PP back then I will send him a picture to sign. I'll give you the address I used later.
