i know kate signs with the UK address but i sont have any IRC's..i was wondering if anyone has had a success with this address?

Hi,
There are no current feedback successes reported from the US address, but there has been one success from the UK one. See the following link for the posting:

Why not go to the post office an get a couple of IRC's and try the UK address if you want to?
