No,
I don't think he ever really has. I sent him a letter, and I got a letter back from someone who works for him, saying that he dosen't have the time to write back. It was just a letter that is sent to everyone

I'm not sure. I met him in Disneyland in November 2007, I never got a picture or autograph though so I tried writing him and never got a response!

This is a bit late, but I just wanted to mention that I did get a response from Josh Groban. I wrote in the spring using the address in the database to request an autographed pic for my friend's birthday, and she received it about two months later. I did not know until recently that my friend also wrote to Josh Groban requesting an autographed pic for my birthday (great minds think alike), but that was about two months ago, and I didn't receive anything. I'm not sure what address she used.
So, that was a 50% success between us, anyway. So I'd say give it a try, you never know!
