I agree about Tito... I am 0-fer-3 with Tito myself... he signs all the time? pffft

I'm sure that meant he is signing a lot things for his store & promos & charity.
I was in the same boat with all of you guys & I think I mentioned to Tito it wasn't just me that has never gotten my fanmail signed...

There are no stamps on the return envelope.
The fighter or the gym takes care of the return postage.
Send $2 cash if you want to offer & cover the postage.
Your call. (I nvr send $ and my Int TTM returns are good)
