sad news in the NHL today, my all time favorite hockey player Jeremy roenick has retired. Roenick was a great player and he will be so badly missed around the NHL , hes also nothing shy of a great guy, i met him about four years ago and he was so amazingly nice to me, a great guy and a great all around hockey player.

i am a leaf fan, and even thou he scored that goal in the playoffs to knock us out he was always one of my favirote players. im so glad i got to meet him and see him play in person a couple times.

JR was a old school type player that was respected all thru the NHL.

I'm an Islanders fan and for years there were rumors about him comin to the Island! Too bad it never happened lol
