To those who have sent TTM internationally, unfortunately the USPS has discontinued IRC's (International Reply Coupons.) These coupons covered the cost of shipping back to the US at (usually) no charge to the recipient. They cost about $2.20. There is no equivalent in place and so no there will be no easy way to send to foreign countries. Including a few bucks of American cash or even a few stamps (in case they end up training in the US at some point) may help.
