By far the best part of our family vacation besides seeing my boys have a great time in FL is getting to the UFC on FOX11 weighins & the 45 minutes of graphing I got to do with 2 my sons!
I didn't bring any Topps with me on the trip because I sincerely didn't believe we'd make the time to get back to Orlando on Friday.
BUT!! I did bring a blue Sharpie just in case ;)
After the weighins we picked up an unsigned event poster for $10 & headed over to the Hyatt Regency.
Ended up meeting & talking to a lot of fighters in the short time we had.

The highlite was meeting up & talking with Bryan Caraway... he actually brought my TTM cards with him to FL just in case we had the chance to meet.

1st guy my 2 boys & I saw at the hotel after weigh-ins was Bruce Buffer.
We said hello & said we were from Wisconsin (talked about our family vacation & day at Disney) & that we met him in August here in Milwaukee.
Then we reminded him he gave my 11 yr old Isaac tickets to UFC164 (he totally remembered us) and he said what you said BJ (w/out us asking) "I'd def give you guys tickets if I had them but sorry I don't"
(it's so funny to always see Bruce Buffer in his pj's/sweats at the hotel)

I didn't care about going to the event (we'd have had to change our travel plans). I'd rather do weigh-ins & afterward meet the fighters at the hotel any day!
I can't explain it; graphing the UFC at the fighter hotel is the best experiences I've had in any hobby!!
Shoot, I'd challenge anyone to graph another sport team bus & get 100% of the guys that come off the bus... that's what we got.
Nobody said "NO". Even though the fighters (minus the heavyweights) are hurting & tired from the weight cuts they all stopped; smiled & signed.
Well Khabib didn't smile. He wanted to go rehydrate BAD!
