When are fan packs normally avalible?

I sent a few emails yesterday to different teams of different sports and most of them didnt reply and others just said they werent avalible.
so when are they normally in stock?

Send request maybe about a month before the season or before the season ends. I had luck doing that.

ive sent quite a few requests. but they never seem to reply.

I have sent to all mlb teams and only received
Brewers
Marlins
Mariners
Rangers
White Sox
sometimes it takes awhile, they missed the email or just don't send them out at that time.
Have you at least got one back?

Ive Sent A request to the Cleveland Indians. and they said that the will mail me the fan pack in a few weeks.

really some teams charge most teams have them ready but boston has the best fan pack
