Nationals got the #1 pick in 09 and 10. but think of it this way, the Pirates didnt pick up any big names this offseason, and they were already an awful team. Plus, the Brewers added Grienke, Cubs got Garza, and i see castro improving greatly. The Reds have rising star Aroldis Chapman, and he is very durable. i admit, i may be exaggerating their win/loss record, but there in a very hard division, even harder than last year.
