Wierd kind of success (Mark Viduka)

I sent a letter, SASE, and poster to Mark Viduka at the Middlesbrough address in the database. I recieved a letter back saying that they were unable to adhere to my request and sent me some club information plus a team photo but I am slightly confused because I don't think that Ive seen one non success for him at this address although the letter did say 'Mark would like to thank you for your comments and sends his best wishes.'

It is odd- maybe he was not available to sign it or something. Middlesborough seem to be a good club at signing, so it confuses me as well.

I suggest trying again, nothing to lose.
