Help! Football (soccer) collectors

Can somebody please tell me like how you write the address, as I haven't had a reply from any football club

FOR EXAMPLE
Is it just the address of the club in the database?

Is it club then c/o Players name?

Is it Players name c/o club?

Yeah if someone could explain that'd be great.
Also posted this in this section rather than Collecting Help as it seemed a bit more specific and appropriate.

Now you have the address for all of MAN U. Just realize that they all do not sign but there are many that do.
