Wayne Gretzky question
Does anybody know if Gretzky actually signs, or does he send pp? I want to know because I would really love to get his autograph for my son.

Re: Wayne Gretzky question
I sent him a card to the coyotes, i got it back signed in Blue Sharpie but the return address was from his house in LA. I know it is not an autopen because it was my card and you can see the streak lines from the Sharpie.

I've seen a couple times where Gretz sends an autopened coyotes card. I guess it varies when you send to him.

An Autopen is a machine that holds the pen and signs the autograph, so its still highly likely that you received an Autopen.sportsautographcollector wrote:I sent him a card to the coyotes, i got it back signed in Blue Sharpie but the return address was from his house in LA. Nah, you can tell it is real. And I doubt he has a machine at his house that signs all the cards for him.

Re: Wayne Gretzky question
i sent an email to WDG.com and got a postcard signed. I'm sure its authentic because theres a small decal on it that says WDG AUTHENTIC and thheres a smudge on the end of Z. I realize how easy it would be for someone to just sign it anyway, but it matches perfectly and i believe the great one is a better person than to say its authentic, even though its not...
