NFL Tickets

Hey guys. I have a question about NFL tickets. How can I get 2 or 3 tickets to lets say...a Ravens game, but not off of Ebay? I've tried everything. Last year I called Ticketmaster literally 2 minutes after single game tickets came out and they were sold out.
