Fan packs...

Has anyone ever got anything really cool from a fan pack like a real autograph? If yes, what team was it?

most teams send out a PP like the Detroit Pistons.
The Seattle Mariners and a little pamphlet called, Tips on Recieving Autographs.
But most don;t send any autographs.
