Why not? I think he'd be a good choice. However I think theres only a 0.001% chance of him taking it.

no matter how much I hate Mourinho, I have to admit, he can keep players together and work as a team. It seems like the FA wants a "world-class" manager. So it's either Capello or Mourinho that is going for the job.

I read somewhere that Capello doesnt speak much English. I agree he'd be a very good choice, but if he doesnt speak much of the language then its difficult to give him the job :neutral:

Mourinho I'd love to see in the job, but I dont think his ego would allow it. He wants to win things, to prove hes the "Special One". With England, he'd have to wait until 2010 to even attempt to win anything :? I wouldnt be surprised to see him take a job in Spain soon (maybe Barca, but more likely Real Madrid or Valencia)

We could just offer Sven the job again :lol:

P.S. Mods names appear in orange, not yellow {thumb2}
lol sorry my mistake

i don't really mind who take's over the england job, but whoever it is has a massive task in changing the way we play football and the person who take's over need's to bring in some up and coming players like agbonlahor, bentley and other player's
i would prefer martin o'neil if not then i think the next boss should be english for the passion as they would understand how the fans really feel
