Hello,

I was wondering, when writing to Disney should you send an email or letter? Which is more formal? Which will get a better feedback? thanks so much!

hey courtney

emailing disney will work fine and get the same response rate as the cap each person at 3 autographs a year. sometimes this gets lifted for charitable donations but even so, an email to their standard contact will get what you are after. well presuming what you are after is some signed pics.

best

hi Courtney!!
I think that both would work the same!! I have sent e-mails to them. They sort of worked. The first e-mail that I sent, I asked for a Princess and Tinkerbell signed pictures, but I got two Princesses (but they were written to the right people). I also sent another e-mail asking for a Tinkerbell photo and they sent me a Princess photo (again written to the right person). So, you might not get what you want. I hope that this helps you!

Hi courtney {up}

My advice is to go to: https://secure.disney.go.com/dlr/common/contactUs and select "Character Fan Mail" from the scroll-down box.

Then enter your message and address in the text box.

Unfortunately you cannot request more than a couple of autographs per year . . . .

Good luck!

Ian :mrgreen:
