Im leader and founder of a fundraising group The Purple Ladies,we have just undertaken a year of fund/awareness raising for SANE,the major aspect of this is by live rock/alt music event and with the support of SANE i am hoping to put together a music celebrity collection of autographs & or memorabilia,music celebs to tie in with our fundraising.Im wondering how much info the request i send should contain eg whether i should mention The Purple Ladies or just SANE?
I would appreciate any and all advice given

I think you should definitely send as much info as you can including a leaflet or flyer about the cause itself if you have any so the autographee knows exactly who they are giving to.

I was thinking a Purple Ladies flyer and a letter printed on SANE official paper,but,what contents do i put in the request so as not too make it too long winded :-/ x
