Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a great day/night!

I would like to make an appeal to everyone - I thought I pretty much had my celebrity list complete for the auction, guess not. I realized from another post that I do not have a band list. I only have about 4 bands that I sent to. Would you all please give me names of bands that I can contact? Since I am "old as dirt" I don't know any new bands and since I am with the horses a lot I never get a chance to listen to the radio. Thanks a bunch! I really appreciate any help you can give me on this.

If you could possibly give me some top ones that would be great. I did quite a few country and oldies - but nothing new so I am at a total loss as to who is hot or who would get some big bidders for our auction.

I know they are good signers.

If you're looking at ones that would generate alot of current interest in your auction, then go for bands like : The Jonas Brothers, Plain White T's, My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, +44, Panic At The Disco, etc. I absolutely detest these bands but they're really popular with American kids and have massive followings. Other rock bands you can try are Nickelback, U2 (they'll be very hard to obtain but its worth a shot, very valuable), Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, Rascal Flatt(s?).....

RnB/Hip hop is also VERY popular in the states so you might wanna try D12, Black Eyed Peas and G Unit.

I have had successes from the following 'music' signers (all the addresses are in the database) Some of them supplied signed CDs, and all of them at least supplied an authentically signed photo.

I appreciate you might not know some of them as they are UK singers/bands, but I am sure there would be someone at your auction who would be a fan!!

I wouldnt waste my time on Gareth Gates. His fan base has pretty much lost all interest in him and he's 'dropped off the scene'. I met him IP years back and had two of my cd covers autographed. Very nice guy, but now that I'm trying to sell/trade these covers, NO ONE is interested. I've tried numerous sites, and there's about 0.5% interest in him. He was very much a fad that died off, and now no one wants anything associated with him.

All your other suggestions are great though . Horserescue I think you should REALLY try the Foo Fighters, Queens of The Stone Age, Kings Of Leon, Sum41, Bon Jovi, Velvet Revolver, Gym Class Heroes, Jimmy Eat World and Outkast as well. Please let me know how it goes
