He donated a signed book to my auction, but I dont know about money.

Sir Richard very kindly pledged £30,000 to my charity five years ago, but these days I believe he has his own charities he donates to.

He is extremely kind, one of the best. The letter I wrote to him just asked for signed pics for a raffle, but he pledged that huge amount instead. Its fair to say I was gobsmacked at the time. And after that, he also did a press interview highlighting the charity. Brill.
