Should I send Justin Bieber VV or to his agency? Because if I send VV he might have a chance to actually read my letter and maybe personalize it. If I send to his agency he just signs JB, but most people get success' from there. And i'm sending a CD insert so I really want it autographed!!!!!!!! so which should I send to? please help:)
