Saw IV (2007)

Lionsgate announced today that after the huge success of Saw III, earning over $33,000,000 they have have plans for a fourth installment. As far as I know Tobin Bell is definately casted but I'm not too sure about Shawnee Smith as there is speculation about the future of her character in Saw III (I haven't seen it yet).

I realise that it's a bit too far ahead but Lionsgate has decided for it to be released, Halloween 2007, meaning filming must be January/February. Please keep me informed on any information regarding Saw IV.

Wow...when I first read the topic I was all "Another one?"

Anyways, so far this movie is in development and they are more than likely working on the script, locations, casting, etc. If they are planning to release this next Halloween it'll probably be a lot similar to how filming went for Saw III!! If I'm not mistaken it filmed around May?! Hopefully some updates by the new year...

I'll keep you updated if I find out anything. If you find something more out be sure to post it and myself, Christine or loveryan will be sure to help out as best as possible!!

I think they are draging this out to far now, I mean it seems every halloween there is a new saw out.

I did like the first two but I feel that I know the story and know what is going to happen.

I know what you mean. Emergency services recieved a number of phone calls to treat people watching the film all because there were many passing out and fainting with fright....

But this is a perfect opportunity to write to Tobin Bell and/or Shawnee Smith. I'm not sure if she is casted because of the outcome in the third one which I have heard but am unsure as of yet. If anyone has seen it can someone PM telling me the outcome of her character.

cant wait for Saw IV , Iv seen Saw III and Tobin bell and shawnee smith will probably not be in it (its a spoiler so i wont say , unless im asked to)
