The Phantom of the Opera Cast

Can anyone give me the via venue address for The Phantom of the Opera Broadway Cast in Washington DC? The cast is staying until August 12th, so I want to send a letter as soon as possible!

And do you think I'll have a good chance to get the whole cast to sign something? At least the people that play Phantom, Christine and Raoul?
