I'm afraid by the looks of things this was filmed a while back - it hasn't been released as yet because a distributor hasn't picked it up. Matthew Perry has another film in pre-production though: "The Beginning of Wisdom", so might be worth trying that

jimmymac is correct...thanks for the initial info. This filmed a while back in British Columbia. At the Tribeca Film Festival, during a Q&A with the director for the film I read that he had stated that there is no release date set as a distribution company has not yet picked up the film.
