yes it sounds like it will be a great movie but it was kinda sad that Ryan Gosling left the film

Yes, it's related to the book.
Mark Walhberg has replaced Ryan Gosling in the film. Sorry for the short notice, just found out the other day (plus Ryan backed out just days before the start date.
) Reports were saying he even gained 20 pounds and grew a beard for it, but nothing saying why he had to back out.

Oh my gosh I know I'm so sad Ryan isnt playing Jack anymore.

If I had the chance, I'd definitely go down to see him!
It is a shame about what happend to Ryan. Now reports are saying that Peter Jackson fired him, but who know if that's the real story or not...
