Why wouldn't she be in TN filming? It's where the movie is being filmed. Yes, there is a CA address, but filming is located in TN. Please read the whole thread. There has been much discussion on whether the cast from the show will be in it and indeed they will be.

They are going to be filming in Nashville, TN (Franklin is a suburb of Nashville) for approximately two months for the Miley Cyrus stuff (Billy Ray, home sweet home, etc.), then they will move to Los Angeles and shoot the Hannah Montana stuff for the rest of the movie and I don't know how long that lasts. Filming started in Franklin on May 5th and is scheduled to continue up until after CMA Fanfest which is held in the middle of June.
