Hi Hitomi,

When I've sent my only VV request, I sent it 6 days before. I'm sure that was enough time for it to get there, as the concert wasn't that far away.
However, if your sending to the U.S. from Japan, you may need to send it at least a couple weeks before to be safe. Just write 'Please hold until (the date of the concert) for Demi Lovato' on the envelope.

After you decide on where you want to send too, you can find the address easily by typing the venue into a search engine. {thumb2}
