Via Venue Question

Hi ok I'm new to the via venue thing...
And probably this has been answered somewhere else but I can't find it at the moment...

I know its best to include Photos of your own and a SASE...
But I'm not able to send SASE's... since I can't get any stamps from the US and I'm not allowed to buy IRCs...
Do they send back when you only send a SAE?

Some will. If you explain in your letter that you couldn't get stamps, they'll understand.

If you do need US stamps let me know, I work at the post office and can get you what ever you need. {up} Paypal payment is prefered. {up}

Thank you very much :) I'm gonna try first without because I haven't exactly used paypal and I don't think I'm allowed to buy them like that if i'm not allowed to get IRCs from my parents but thank you very much for offering :D
