probably not. Kristen is filming On The Road at the moment and Nikki is doing Catch .44 so they are your best shot and there hasnt been an address listed for K-11 yet in the regular publications. so the one you have isnt it.

Nikki said in an interview that she is no longer connected to the movie and Kstew said that it might never be made since they can not get funds
