I have a question on how I will go about sending this out. Would I put the exact same address that christine posted or would I replace the quoted text with the actress I would like to sign the photo?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the time.

Good luck!

Sorry but another question. Since I'm mailing via venue for the first time I was wondering that since I will provide the picture would I have to provide the sharpie marker as well? Like if I were to send a dark picture should I mail a silver sharpie or something with the package?
Also would I need to use IRCs for shipping to Canada?

Hi Shortkhmerboi,
It is not necessary for you to provide the sharpie as most everyone who sends via venue receives their picture back signed without sending one. If you send a dark picture once again it's not necessary for you to send a silver sharpie, but if you'd like it done with one you might want to send one incase they don't have one with them.
If you are sending from anywhere outside of Canada and do not have Canadian stamps you should send IRCs with your letter.
I'm sorry but I came across an issue. It turns out that my local post office discontinued making IRCs since they changed the shipping rate. Can I now send american stamps to canada or what will I need to do to handle this situation? Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's odd how IRCs are being discontinued in some places, but not others. I live in Canada and just bought an IRC this morning and looked as though the post office had plenty!!! Maybe you could ask your post office to order some? On your SAE/SASE you can only use IRCs or Canadian stamps for the return to the USA. If you can't find IRCs you could try sending just an SAE or sending $2 carefully with your letter.
