It's Broadway most expensive endeavor...EVER. Captilizing well over $50 MILLION. (The last musical that was a lot of money that I remember being reported was A Tale of Two Cities in 2008, well over $15 Million!, which closed in 2 months :-(!) Someone did the math, I think the show would have to sell out every week for 42 years to become a "hit" (Whether a show is a hit or flop is determined by the financial terms and critics opinions! Something like Tale was neither, but some would say a fan hit).

The theatre is still being renovated, mostly due that the producers were unable to raise funds to rennovate and complete the theatre/sets/tie up actors like Alan Cumming and Rachel, among several other issues! Bono (of U2) is doing the music to this musical!

just wondering: is there a reason why addresses for A View From the Bridge, A Lie of the Mind, The Understudy, The Pride, etc. aren't listed in the OP? They're all listed on Playbill's site as upcoming or current productions.

Legitimately forgot "A View from the Bridge." "The Understudy" closes Sunday, so I took that down on Sunday. The others will be posted soon as they have not begun performances yet and I ran out of time. Not all Off-Broadway productions will be posted, for the sole fact that people like Shaun will continue to spam the theatres for as long as their open. Most Off-Broadway shows that people send to they have NO idea what they are sending to/etc., and it's a tad annoying when someone actually wanted to send to an Off-Broadway show that they saw or whatever and someone like Shaun gets a response but you don't!

Expect an update by the end of the month again with the future Spring closings and potential transfers!

About 2 weeks ago I sent something to Liev Schreiber to sign at the theatre he is performing at. Does anyone know if he signs VV? And has anyone had any responses from him there?

Thanks!

Was very excited to see that HSM star Corbin Bleu will be on broadway soon!! I wrote him when he was doing his "Beautiful Life" show, but that got cancelled after two episodes and never got a reply. :( Also happy that the theatre that's hosting it sends out playbills!!! Will be getting my request around and sent out probably this weekend!! :D
