Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus Via Venue Help!

Hi there! I am brand new to Via Venue fan mail. I haven't gotten anything back so I am planing on writing Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus. They are performing the City of Hope concert at the Gibson Amphitheater on September 14, and I was going to write them; I read that the theatre passes on fan mail. Should I write please hold for(_____) or please hold until (___) arrives? Also, I was planing on asking Demi to sign 3 items. I read in other posts she only signed one of what they sent. Should I send all 3 together, or apart? Dido for Miley. And, if anyone has written to the theatre recently and does not pass on fan mail please tell me.

I suggest you write the address as shown below:

(Artist's name)
City of Hope Concert
c/o Gibson Amphitheater
Universal City, CA 91608

Somewhere on the envelope, preferably on the bottom you should write "Please hold until Sept. 14 when the concert will be held"...that type of thing. I would just send one thing to them both. You can try sending three photos together for each, but you're not guaranteed to get anything especially if Demi doesn't sign more than 1 item.
