Yes. This isn't an option. Once your letter arrives to the studios they must know who the envelope is addressed to otherwise just anyone can/will read it.

I was thinking the whole CAST would use that address if it wasn't addressed

You must address it to the "Cast of 90210" in that case.
You must always address to whom your letter if for.
