I found out the Production Company and can't find an address, but I think IMDbPro have it.

UPDATE!
I emailed the producer of "shifter" and he got back to me very quickly. They havent even started filming yet, but he said that he would forward mail. YAY!

You might want to wait to send until after the holidays. Most productions close between now and the 1st week of January. But you could write your letter and get everything ready so you can send first thing in the new year.
