I want to write to the Super cool and outspoken Katy Perry. Does someone know one of her concert dates that passes fanmail !

Yes! The Susquehanna Bank Center does pass on fan mail. I found the info on page 5 of venues that do/don't pass on fan mail. Quote from topic:
