Here's some I can help with:

--I tried an address on here for Jenna Leigh Green and nothing...so have to wait for her to appear in something else (frequently in Los Angeles ).
--Christina DeCicco frequently appears at our local-major Philadelphia Theatre: The Walnut Street Theatre. I believe she also has a website with contact info if you want a signed headshot. I wrote to her when she was here with Les Miserables as Eponine (best part of the show ) and she wrote back and was very nice. When I saw the show I got to briefly talk to her too -- very kind!
--Isn't Alexia Khadime still starring in Wicked in the West End? I Could be wrong...(Post a seperate request for "Wicked London" on here).
--Rumor has it Teal Wicks will be appearing later this year (don't know the dates) at the new engagement in San Francisco! (with Kendra Kass.... as Glinda) Def try for there (I think it starts in Feb.)
--Allie Mauzey appears on Broadway frequently (not in Wicked, other shows!); same for Eden Esponisa -- she was rumored to be in HAIR (Revival) but has since left/denied it.
--COLEEN SEXTON, whom you did not list but was seen frequently opposite Christina DeCicco (my favourite pair ) and Laura Woyze... is now with the LEGALLY BLONDE: NATIONAL TOUR. SHe was standby in the tour. I wrote to her (she's quite possibly my favourite theatrical actress ever!!) and she filled out & sent back my questionairre -- so send her something to sign!


Lastly, frequently check the Wicked website. They recycle the leads, standbys and understudys like crazy, so it's very possible you could reach one of them again whilst them doing Wicked!

Okay, It has been confirmed that Teal Wicks and Kendra Kassebaum will be playing Elphaba and Galinda in the San Fran production of Wicked, which opens on 27th January, so there will be an address available soon.
Alexia Khadime is returning to Wicked in London on May 11th, so nearer the time you can write to her there via this address:
