Forever stamps will not work as it's in Canada, and Forever Stamps are American.
If you send a few Canadian dollars it's possible you'll get something...I honestly don't know what the chances are. Or you can send IRCs.

They are different, just because both of the currencies have the same name doesn't mean they are same. Yes, they're both dollars, but they have dollars for example also in Australia and you can't use them anywhere else. Every country has its own currency, unless tey have an agreement on a common currency (most of the member countries of the European Union use Euro, for instance). Dollar is just a name for a currency, but every country using dollars has its own ones {thumb2} .

When it comes down to it, the difference between American dollars and Canadian dollars is the exchange rate, and the money doesn't look the same either. lol
