I'm going to send an autograph request to Britney at this address. I wanted to know how many days in advance that I should send it?
I also wanted to know if you think she will have pictures to sign, cause I don't have any of her.

Niko - It's best you send her a photo. It's not very likely that she will have any on her to sign for you, which is why it's recommended that whenever you send to a celebrity/artist/band via venue that you send them a picture to sign.

I would try searching the USPS site to see if you can find somewhere that may tell you how long it will take to send to Belgium. I'd send at LEAST one week before the concert. Maybe a week and a half to ensure it arrives there, and just make sure to write "Please hold until (date of the concert)" so they don't trash it.

If you are sending to Germany you would need German stamps on your SASE.

Mail from outside Europe to Germany takes at least one week, so if you live there it's too late to write. If you life in Europe mail takes between 2 and 4 days, so if you want to write you have to hurry.

This above is the correct address. I looked it up on the official website of o2World Berlin and it's the same

I live in Germany and I sent a letter with 3 8x10 photos to Britney! I sent 4 days ahead by the way and I hope she replies! Sorry, but it's much too late to sent her July 20th or even later if you don't live Germany or at least in Europe! She will be gone when you don't send early enough... And yes, you need a German stamp on your SASE!
