Simple Plan

Hey!
On 18.08.2009 Simple Plan will have a concert in B-1 Maximum club, in Moscow. I wrote an e-mail to the club but they did not answer it so I decided I'll take a risk.
I can't find the full address. The most I can find is this: Moscow, Ordzhonikidze St 11 (http://www.b1arena.ru/club/contacts/). There's no postcode and I've been looking for it on several pages but I can't find it.
I'm also interested in any other address of the concerts they'll have (http://www.simpleplan.com/tour.php) but I found out they preform on festivals more so this is why I chose B-1 Maximum club. I have no idea if mail is forwarded on festivals.
If anyone could help me I'd be very thankful.
