Generally, they don't sign anything non-play related AT THE STAGEDOOR. Through the mail you are usually fine. Typically, when writing to a Broadway actor/actress, you are to request a Playbill or Headshot, but assuming she would sign the stuff in other cases, I don't see why she wouldn't, but I'm no expert with Catherine.

I've seen plenty of people like Katie Holmes sign non-play stuff, as well as Angela Lansbury, so you should be fine!
