The movie status is pre-production. IMDB says that they'll start filming in October. Is there any address already?

What should I write in this email to production company? I tried several times erlier to diffrent movies, but I never get a reply. I think that I did something wrong.

My name is __________, I am a fan of _______ and I know that he/she is filming ______ movie and this is the production company.
I was wondering if I could send my letter to her/him via your address.
Do you know if he/she will receive it?
