what you need to do is google the venue
find their website
find the contact us part of the site
it may or may not tell you if it passes on fanmail
look for a thread on here of venues that pass on fanmail
i know there is one...you just need to find it

For those of you who are interested in writing to Katy Perry, I've contacted the tourist office of Ischgl who told me this address to use for fan mail and that they will pass it on to her!
