Katherine Heigl vv address?

Looking in the database there doesn't appear to be a success for her in this forum. There have been PP's sent back from Grey's Anatomy, either that or no answer, or an RTS. I see someone tried her agency without any luck either.
I tried her at a movie venue that told me they would pass on the fan mail to the actors on the set and I never got a reply. I am reading people say she throws out her fan mail. I have no idea if that is true or not, but according to this forum she does not seem to sign ttm/vv.
