According to IMDB POTC 4 is still in pre-production. So I don't think they're filming yet. I know they're not filming in the caribbean anymore because they got a major budget cut on it too. So it might not sure exactly when they will start filming. Even though it's suppose to be released in exactly a year (May 10, 2011).

All I know is that they start Filming in June in Hawaii...
