Rob Zombie Help?

Okay so I sent to Rob Zombie at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA on 7.6.2010
The concert was on 7.11.2010 and as of today (7.28.2010) I have not had a success. I read on here that the venue passes fan mail but has anybody had a success from there? Also, Does Rob even sign while touring? Thanks and happy collecting!!
