Troubadour - Venue question

Not sure if this is the right thread for this question or not.
I previously posted a question for an Alanis Morissette address in the 'Request a Celebrity Address' section.
I have read (on Alanis' website) that she will be at the Troubadour on Dec. 10.
My question is: Has anyone ever had any successes through the Troubadour in the past?
