I just sent my first letter to a celeb via venue and I planned fo it to arrive 2-3 days before his performance date. On average, how long does it take for ar eply to come back? I included:

a letter
three 6x8 photos
SASE: 10x12 with bubble wrap inside
envelope: 10x13 clasp

It really just depends on the person and their team.
It can take any where between 2-3 days and 1 year. Via-Venue is just an experiment and there's no guarantee you're going to get something back.

On average, if the person is good with via-venue fan mail, it should be back with you in about 2 weeks.
